All In Tackle was started in 2016 manufacturing fishing lure scents. Their first product, Jar Jelly, was developed by Randy "Jar" Hillyer. Jar Juice was later created as a liquid version of Jar Jelly by request of Tony Sellars (Smoky Mountain Outdoorsman Television).

All In Tackle is located in Spring City, Tennessee.
