Lipless Crankbaits

Lipless crankbaits are a variety of crankbait that uses its body shape to give it a tight wobble on retrieve, rather than using "lip" or "bill" like diving crankbaits.

Lipless crankbaits are effective all year round, but especially so in the spring and fall when bass are feeding more actively. When bass are aggressive, lipless crankbaits can be a great lure to use as they can be retrieved quickly, covering a lot of water and triggering reaction strikes from bass.
